Earlier, I posted How to Disable Google Instant Search but now I have realized people have more basic questions in their mind about this huge change and one of the most basic question is that What it is exactly.
Google Instant Search result basically shows the search results as you type and also predicts that what you are search for. According to Google, this feature uses a combination of more than 15 new technologies to show the predicted search terms in a drop down box and search results below that drop down box.
While you type, both the predicted search terms and search results change.
Google has mentioned three benefits of Instant search which includes faster searches, smarter predictions and instant search results.
