How to show empty USB/Removeable Drives in Windows 7

Windows 7 comes with option of hiding all the empty drives in your computer which mostly would be a flash/usb drive. This option by default is checked/active in Windows 7. To show the empty drives, you have to uncheck it by following these instructions:

1. Click Start menu and go to Control Panel
2. Go to Folder Options (If you don’t see Folder Options in Control Panel, change its view to Large Icons from the top-right corner)
3. Select View tab in Folder Options
4. Uncheck the Hide empty drives in the computer folder
5. Click OK to save these changes

Thats it, now you will be able to see the empty usb/removeable drives.
